Requirement  :- Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation:  Develop engaging and creative social media posts, stories, and campaigns for various platforms (Face book, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).   Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics, write captions, and maintain the brand voice across all content. 

2. Social Media Management:   Plan, schedule, and publish posts to ensure consistent online presence.  Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty. 

3. Coordination with the Marketing Team::- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns. 

   - Assist in brainstorming and executing promotional ideas to maximize brand visibility.  4. Performance Tracking:  - Track key social media metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance. 

   - Suggest improvements based on data insights. 

 Skills:   Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools. 

   - Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) are a plus. 

   - Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

   - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with the team. 

Experience :- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation (fresher’s with strong portfolios are also welcome).

  Education  : - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 

 Salary  :-  As par Interview

 Location :-    Indore (M.P.)
