Institutional Sales Manager_- Urgent require

Require  :- Institutional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

·         Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the institutional market segment. 

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding institutional clients' needs and industry trends.

·         Expand sales in government-run canteens, paramilitary and defiance establishments, PSU canteens, and cooperative stores.

·         Participate in tendering processes, price negotiations, and government empanelment activities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for institutional customers to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to strengthen business ties.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management for product positioning and business strategy.
  • Support in designing customized solutions and offers to meet institutional needs.
  • Plan and execute branding activities in institutional markets and canteens to enhance visibility and brand recall.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with supply chain, accounts, and marketing teams to ensure timely supply and billing compliance with canteen norms.
  • Communicate and follow up with government/PSU canteens regarding timely payment release for supplies delivered.
  • Maintain and update sales MIS, client database, and pipeline reports.
  • Submit periodic sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in institutional/government sales (CSD/PSU/Defense/CRPF canteens preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Travel is a must – willingness to travel extensively across India.

·         Experience :-  Minimum 10 years of experience in Institutional Sales (with exposure to government/PSU canteens preferred)

       Education  : - MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration

       Salary  :-  As par  interview

        Location :-   Candidate can be based anywhere in India
